MEDITATION - WEDNESDAYS  6:30 - 7:30pm

MEDITATION comes in many forms and is designed to make the mind calmer, more peaceful and more focused. It is a way to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy.

By engaging in the stillness, demonstration, contemplation or reflection of Oneness, meditation raises the question, ‘Who are we really?’ It may involve mentally dwelling upon an idea in order that one consciously may become aware of its deeper meaning or spiritual listening with complete acceptance and without argument or mental controversy.

Some forms include Conscious Breathing, Contemplation, Visualization, Movement, Dance, Mindful Walking, Drumming, Chanting, just to name a few.
